TruCentive is very easy to use, they have cute templates, and once you get the hang of it, it is very very easy to make new campaigns. I also like that you don't have a lot of up-front costs and can pay as you go. The employees love to pick out their awards with lots of choices that they can just add to their phone wallets. Their customer service is also phenomenal. They always get back to you and are quick to respond. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** Every once in a while we have a hiccup, but as already mentioned, they are quick to respond and solve our problems. I don't like having to pay a credit card fee to fund the program or wait several days before the transaction goes through, but there are other options. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing spot awards nationwide to our employees. This process sometimes took a couple of weeks to get someone a High Five Award. They did multiple demos, shared best practices, and responded to inquiries quickly. I heard warnings and stories about the complexities of dealing with gift card awards, but the platform and the team navigated us smoothly. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** My only nits are tiny ones! The "Add Recipients" loader through CSV bulk upload required that we followed a specific template in order for it to work. It was a little bit of a learning to curve to understand/get it to work for what we wanted, but easy once we understood. Create a project from one of the existing templates, add your company logo and text, then it's ready to go! **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** There are some limitations on what you can send to an employee. Right now, it's gift cards and items from Best Buy. Adding some options for custom swag would be great to see in the future. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recognizing employees across multiple locations without having to worry about mailing or hand-delivering a reward or incentive. I love the selection of gift cards available to our research participants. I do wish that when gift card requests are sent to you by research coordinators for approval, that there is a comments section in case they wanted clarity before the approval was granted. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Trucentive, our hospital paid research study participants with a paycard that needed 4-6 weeks to be activated. Many complex questions came up throughout the process and Jim was with us every step of the way to answer everything, even throughout holiday break! I have not yet encountered an issue.
