"Very easy to use and beneficial for all departments"

What do you like best about TruCentive?

I am apart of the HR and Marketing Department, so I use the platform quite often. We use TruCentive to incentivise our team members for events and games as prizes- easy to send a viritual gift card to anyone in the company in a matter of minutes. There are so many options to choose from when sending a gift card, there is something for all team members to enjoy. We also use the platfrom in our Marketing Deptmartment to send vitural gift cards to our clients that end up funding a loan with us. We get file that can be easily uploaded into the system and the client can choose where they want to claim their reward. It is simple to use, very quick to send off gift cards, and can be used in many different ways throughout our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TruCentive?

There is a small fee per gift card that is sent out, but we add that into the cost when planning out budgets. I wish there were more stock photo options inclulded when changing the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to send out gift cards to team members and clients. Our rewards to clients is a $50.00 gift card when funding a loan with us, and with TruCentive I do not have to go physically to the store and buy gift cards to then mail them to the customer. Just spend 15 miuntes creating the design and sending out the gift cards. The clients get them within seconds and you can resend the gift card to the client if they lose it in their emails. Also, if the customer doesn't end up claiming the reward we get the funds back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"2 years into the relationship - Impressed with TruCentive"

What do you like best about TruCentive?

We have been using TruCentive for two years. They make global incentives quick and easy to deliver. Their team is super responsive. The platform is fully customizable and dynamic. The team fast to get back to me with any questions. Another great thing about TruCentive is their early (and free) access to the platform so you can learn how to set up projects even during implementation so as to be ready to launch as fast as possible. What do you dislike about TruCentive?

I have found nothing to be dissatisfied with regarding TruCentive. They are responsive, the platform is great, their catalog of gift cards is expansive and everything is going well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?

TruCentive is now providing us with options for customer panels, interviews, research, and survey incentives. We've also used it for a handful of employee rewards for various company events, competitions, etc. TruCentive makes it easy to send "thank you" rewards to customers and employees. "Incentives Made For You, No Matter Who You Are"

What do you like best about TruCentive?

TruCentive has an incredible customer service team that works with you to figure out what you need. When we implemented TruCentive, our incentives became much more tailored to the individual, and we use the statistics to update what we offer. The website is super easy to use, and any issues we have had have always been remedied within a timely manner. Team members have even gone so far as to completely update our projects in order to help us get them working the way we want them to! It is an easy-to-use platform that begins the day you start. "Great Survey Platform!"

What do you like best about TruCentive?

It’s extremely user friendly and easy to use! We used the platform to create surveys to distribute electronically nationwide. TruCentive made it easy for us to collect surveys and reward our survey participants within minutes. We will continue to use TruCentive for future surveys and rewards! "Savings and Style"

What do you like best about TruCentive?

First, we have used a lot of platforms for delivering gift cards. TruCentive has saved us about 20% on our deliveries by returning unclaimed cards and secondly they let us design professional emails and landing pages that are about us, not them! AND they let us send from our own email addresses so it doesn't look like phishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gift Cards, Payments, SWAG"

What do you like best about TruCentive?

We just launched an employee engagement program that includes onboarding and ongoing rewards for our team. We now have a program to add incentives to keep our team engaged. We did a New Year gift, Employee Appreciation day, and a bunch of little random events like coffee for all on Thursday to have on Friday. - Starbucks, Dunkin, Peete's, and a few others. "Easy to Use"

What do you like best about TruCentive?

Very easy to use for smaller businesses who don't have a huge budget for gifts. The customization options for the landing page and emails are great, and building out the available gifts is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
