It's a time saver. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** It is a bit confusing to navigate and not the most intuitive or user friendly interface experience. I wish there was a simpler way to integrate our employee info into TruCentive so that I didn't have to copy/paste all their info into each envelope as it's a time suck. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** solves the problem of work recognition at a distance. We use TruCentive to incentivise our team members for events and games as prizes- easy to send a viritual gift card to anyone in the company in a matter of minutes. There are so many options to choose from when sending a gift card, there is something for all team members to enjoy. We also use the platfrom in our Marketing Deptmartment to send vitural gift cards to our clients that end up funding a loan with us. We get file that can be easily uploaded into the system and the client can choose where they want to claim their reward. It is simple to use, very quick to send off gift cards, and can be used in many different ways throughout our company. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** There is a small fee per gift card that is sent out, but we add that into the cost when planning out budgets. I wish there were more stock photo options inclulded when changing the design. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to send out gift cards to team members and clients. Our rewards to clients is a $50.00 gift card when funding a loan with us, and with TruCentive I do not have to go physically to the store and buy gift cards to then mail them to the customer. Just spend 15 miuntes creating the design and sending out the gift cards. The clients get them within seconds and you can resend the gift card to the client if they lose it in their emails. Team members have even gone so far as to completely update our projects in order to help us get them working the way we want them to! It is an easy-to-use platform that begins the day you start. Seamless integration with SurveyMonkey means when we send out customer satisfaction surveys we don't have to worry about keeping track of respondents, making sure AP gets solid accounting, mailing out physical cards - none of that.. Although TruCentive makes their money per transaction, it's a small percentage - and is still much less than internal shipping and handling we'd have to pay otherwise. I highly recommend TruCentive! **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** Interface takes a bit to get used to - especially when it comes to personalizing communication, But if you have questions or need help, they are quite responsive. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are an automotive finance company just beginning to scale up operations. As such, customer feedback is vital. We are small enough that I can still pivot when necessary - and open rates are abysmal without a carrot to dangle. The continuous updates have all been major improvements compared to the original product and competitors. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** It is hard to dertermin what I dislike about Trucentive but the fees are sometimes high and negotining those down would be great for expansion. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've worked in clinical research for almost 6 years and I have seen us roughly transition from cash compensation to physical paycards despite the administrative burden. Trucentive stepped into my organization and made it amazingly simple for us to compensate our research participants, and by adding the deposit to bank option, increassed the usefulness of funds that may be use to pay bills, which may be incredibly important in such an inflationary time. **Official Response from Kate Gonzalez:** > Hi Gaspar, thank you so much for your feedback! It's so easy to link our surveys with the TruCentive reward program and have them handle the GC distribution so that we can focus on what matters most to us -- the responses/feedback. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** The one hiccup we had was TruCentive pulling the first option in our survey-requested contact info -- the phone number vs the email address. I cannot change the order of this info in our survey program, so I had to delete all fields above the email address. Not ideal but it still works for us. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** TruCentive has been a great time-saver by eliminating the manual tasks associated with rewarding survey respondents.
