Everything is laid out and can easily be viewed, edited or deleted. The ability to share the itinerary comes in useful as well. **What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?** Users of Tripit cannot always view shared itineraries within the app, that you have to use the email version of sharing. This inabilityis regardless of whether they are a paid user or not. The number of emails you get before a trip can be a bit annoying; having said that, I am not sure if that is just a setting I have yet to change. **What problems is TripIt Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of my travel schedule, figuring out what gates I need to be at for connecting flights or where my bags will be coming out. Since then I have managed over 34 travel arrangements for business and personal travel. TripIt makes it brainless since they automatically import all my reservations from my emails and magically group them into the appropriate trips based on overlapping details. I love that I can then pull up the website or app to view all my travel details in one place and easily see if I am missing something from my itinerary. We had a multi-leg trip planned for May 2020 that was impacted by the pandemic. Since TripIt kept everything organized so well, it was easy to go through and process the cancellations on our various reservations. **What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?** I have yet to come across anything I dislike about TripIt's service. The free plan is user-friendly and is what I have used for the majority of my planning. I did use the Pro plan for our Disney trip in 2018 and the ill-fated 2020 trip for the expanded features but I don't think it is necessary for trips that are not hyper-scheduled. **What problems is TripIt Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to keep all of my travel arrangements organized in one place. There's no worrying about "Did I print X?" or "Where is that confirmation # for Y?". I never have to scroll through my inbox or search for reservation confirmation emails - it's all in one place, accessible at any time. And automatically syncs seamlessly with my calendar. ### 7. Delays and gate changes from the airlines are the best examples, but the more I use it the more helpful I find it to be. It also provides the security wait times at larger airports, in Denver I always know which security checkpoint to use! **What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?** There are times when it updates too frequently. One time I had my flight pushed back and moved up a few times while the airline tried to accommodate. The airline did not send out notifications of each change, but TripIt did. As an example, the screens on the airport lined up with TripIt updates, but they only announced changes every half hour or so. **Recommendations to others considering TripIt Pro:** This is low risk with a high reward. If you are taking the time to research, just do it. I went to Mexico City a few months ago and no airport map available. Many of the staff members who usually have problems with new technologies being introduced are able to use this fairly easily. My favorite function is being able to simply forward travel receipts/confirmations to TripIt and getting an itinerary created from that information automatically. **What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?** Sometimes I wonder about the security of this program... I feel uneasy with how it continuously scans emails to find travel plans. That being said, I know plenty of users who find this function to be very convenient as they do not even need to forward their plans. A problem I have had with the automatic itinerary building is that sometimes it identifies emails with travel OFFERS as travel confirmations and shows that I have trips planned when I do not. **Recommendations to others considering TripIt Pro:** With my security concerns about the company being able to read your emails, I recommend that users do not use this function. Sometimes it also causes strange trips to appear on your itinerary because of travel offers that may be in your email inbox. It seems safer to simply forward the emails with travel confirmations to TripIt to have them create an itinerary that way. **What problems is TripIt Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** This makes not only planning but also sharing itineraries so quick and easy. No longer do we have to wonder where people are at any given moment because they can send their travel plans in advance. The app also makes it very fast and simple to send plans to ither people. ### 31.
