**What do you like best about Tripetto?**

Tripetto helps me create forms and surveys in a more structured and flexible way. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I sometimes need forms for feedback collection, learning assessments, and awareness related activities. The visual builder is easy to understand, and arranging questions or adjusting form flow does not feel complicated during regular work. The implementation process was straightforward, and I was able to start creating forms without spending much time learning the platform.

I use Tripetto whenever I need to collect structured responses or feedback. Features like different form styles, conditional logic, question branching, and multiple question types are useful because they help me create forms that feel more interactive and easier for people to complete. This is especially helpful when creating health awareness surveys or educational questionnaires where different responses may require different question paths. I also like that I can visually see how questions connect with each other, which makes organizing survey flow easier before publishing.

Another thing I like is that forms do not feel like a traditional questionnaire. Different form experiences help create a smoother experience for respondents, which can be useful when collecting detailed feedback. Performance has been smooth during form creation, editing, and testing, and moving between different sections generally feels responsive. The number of features is good for both simple and more detailed projects while still remaining easy to manage. The form builder gives a lot of flexibility, but for very simple forms I sometimes feel there are more design and flow decisions to make than I actually need. I also find myself reviewing the form flow a few extra times when multiple question paths are involved, just to make sure everything works as expected before publishing.

I use Tripetto to build conversational customer satisfaction surveys because the conditional logic helps us gather deeply relevant feedback without overwhelming our audience, which significantly improves our response rates. I love its conversational and interactive form experience, which makes questionnaires feel more engaging and provides flexible logic and branching. Tripetto allows me to create interactive forms and surveys that are more engaging than traditional forms, automate questionnaires, improve completion rates, and simplify data collection. The initial setup was quite easy with its intuitive interface, and the drag-and-drop builder and available templates made the onboarding process smooth.

The option to host all collected financial data on our in-house servers is irreplaceable to meet GDPR data residency mandates for German client finances. Adjustable form styling improves fill rates, while native consent tick boxes automatically log data processing approvals, creating traceable documentation we can directly pull for annual external audits.

There are no preconfigured form blueprints aligned with standard German tax and HGB accounting workflows, meaning every onboarding questionnaire has to be constructed entirely manually from blank fields. I like the branching in Tripetto because it helps me build the logic needed for smart forms and gives a clear overview of the different paths a respondent can take. I also appreciate that branches are displayed as separate tracks in the storyboard, along with the action blocks that trigger specific actions within the form. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, so I really can’t complain. The pricing was great, performance was pretty good, and the AI helps a lot when you run into problems. Integrations seem to be good when i decide to add it to other programs.

The advanced feature took a while to get used to, and I don't care for the scrolling in the settings panel. It could be a little clearer and more user-friendly. Quick chats would help a lot.

I haven't found any downsides. It seems to be a solid tool with no significant issues.

**What do you like best about Tripetto?**

MRG.NYC uses Tripetto Form Studio. One of three product offerings from Tripetto. We prefered studio because of the developer control and customizations while maintaining the drag and drop ease of designing complex forms. Our forms have saved hours of time by stopping repetitve questions and sorting clients by their answers to get them to the right agent in minutes. With built in calculations, the ability to call back previously entered data and personalizations built into the flow, your clients and internal teams get a more personable experience. We get form responses from clients and collegues seven days a week.

There is API access to automation platforms like Zapier, Make and Pabbly as well as Webhooks. There is a cut/paste option to add your form to any webpage. Wordpress users can use the Iframe option with Studio or use their Wordpress Plug-in. 
Studio is a one time fee for the premium version. The free tier is generious and do come with Tripetto marketing. 
No budgeting for monthly fees or worrying about seasonal income issues. 

Customization is very easy to implement. You can use the platform or add your own CSS and HTML/Markdown to your forms questions/responses. Your final page can be used to redirect to your own website or if using an Ifram, a thank you page. 

The team that develops Tripetto is very responsive to support questions and ideas. The community is very active. Despite how well rounded this platform is now, there seems to be a solid roadmap of new product updates.

If you are looking for a new and cost effective option for your intake forms, internal forms and chatbots, Tripetto is an exellent choice.

**What do you dislike about Tripetto?**

Currently, my only very trivial issue is not having color coding and grouping on the main page. Tripetto did add an update to make subforms. This has been extremely helpful designing large and complex forms. I find color alows a better way to organize your form sets.

**What problems is Tripetto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tripetto segments the responses to our forms and makes sure the right person gets the data. Previously, this required a person. 
As a small business, knowing where your time is best spent is far easier when the most time consuming parts of the job are handled by a form workflow and automations. 
I have the time to be more human with my clients thanks to my chatbots.

The free studio version is also very much useful. I like all the options it offers to be able to carry out surveys when we need them, to be able to customize them with images and colors so that the person who makes it feels much more attracted and committed to it, it is super easy to be able to do that.

Another thing I admire is that I can use conditional logic.



**What do you dislike about Tripetto?**

It's very hard to say anything negative about Tripetto, but only thing I would like to be improved is loading time. Sometimes I wait long time for loading.

Also, I am sure that they are working to make this survey system more complex and usable for advanced surveys.

I recommend this application to everyone who wants to use Survey system which is easy and also meets requirements very well.

**What problems is Tripetto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing is that we can use our own Host and that is how we can work in a more simple and organized way through this platform, I have created various forms and surveys and it worked very well.

So, that We have undoubtedly improved in some business decisions, because thanks to Tripetto now we know opinion of our users and how their preferences look like.
