**What do you like best about SinglePlatform?**

Can't say I like anything about SinglePlatform. I have been attempting to demo the platform with no response from their customer service reps.

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

Customer service and overall professionalism is not great. As a platform that was acquired by Trip Adivsor I would expect so much more but unfortunately I cannot reccommend this product. Do not waste your time.

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was hoping to streamline menu updates but because the lack of response from their team, I have not even been able to demo the product.

**What do you like best about SinglePlatform?**

Able to use easy information tools that provides acess tp rmv, and different quoting software's. As an agency allows us to quote multiple carriers at one time.

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

Lags and ar times the rmv is down, but nothing really i love the service.

**Recommendations to others considering SinglePlatform:**

A must have in the insurance industry. Saves time and helps sales

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster quoting, instead of having to go into each carrier this program does it all at once. Also allows reinstatement of plates for customers.

**What do you like best about SinglePlatform?**

Their customer service agents are courteous and somewhat helpful however there does seem to be a disconnect between these agents and the management.

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

No gain to having single platform. Had this for over a year, kept hearing that I am getting good traction. Never actually translates to business. During COVID19 we had to close our doors and Single Platform has continued to charge throughout this. We have also canceled our account and are still being charged. They are apparently having some difficulties with stopping billing as they are now owned by trip advisor..... I would stay far away from this one!

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their billing department is where i am having most issues. I would keep a close eye on their billing. There also was not much benefit that I have realized from having this platform.

**What do you like best about SinglePlatform?**

Update the menu in one place online, and it gets updated on several major platforms.

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

Very low customization, configuration. You get what you get, and you'll like it.
Uploading a document to the customer service team to update your menu for you gets (1) slow (2) amazingly inaccurate/unintended (3) sometimes no results.

This is why I now manually update everything, especially if it's not last minute — I don't trust the team to accurately copy/paste my content into the system correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering SinglePlatform:**

SinglePlatform is the only game in town when it comes to a single source of truth for your menus across the wide and varied landscape of the internet. Customization is VERY low — and customer service isn't peak. But it does do the job it claims to do.

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using SinglePlatform, we had to manually enter the SAME MENUS over and over into platforms that make you manually enter each item separately. Version tracking was a huge problem, typos too.

I think it is extremely easy to use and intuitive making it a great solution for older businesses or ones that don't have the capacity for true marketing people.

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

It can feel a little limiting if you have a bit more experience with marketing and feel as though you cant do all of the customizations that you want to make your business stand out.

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it for a restaurant. and because of its simple and easy to use interface it was very quick to get up and running which is essential for restaurants that have no online presence. the most important part is to get something up as soon as possible.

The ability to update all the menus at once

The inability to custom update menus in real time and the uploading would sometime take a while.

**Recommendations to others considering SinglePlatform:**

The customer service was hard to get ahold of and it was hard to sometime make basic edits. This ultimately led us to remove Singleplatform

Making sure that my menus were all updates and content was current

I like SinglePlatform is very useful, I can announce everything in one place with a single platform, we have been able to reach new customers with this tool, easy to use.

Actually there is nothing I dislike about this tool.

**Recommendations to others considering SinglePlatform:**

I recommend SinglePlatform, it helps any type of business to be discovered in any place that is important online.
It obtains its menu and commercial information in all the places where it must be in the main search engines, social networks, travel, review and navigation sites.

I save time, help my business to be visited by more clients and to grow, with SinglePlatform I have had a larger clientele.

singleplatform is a platform where a business can be advertise or promoted . it is basically a mobile app where people can find city guides, review sites and menu as well. it is easy to use

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

poor customer services it is expensive . there should be more clarity in the context of reviews

improve customer services

in the customer perspective it is easy to find reviews of hotel and it is great time saver

I love everything about singleplatform. I love the fact that you can advertise all in one place with a singleplatform. 

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

I do not dislike anything about this software.

I like the fact that you don't have to go to each individual service and try to get something done. You simply do it all at once on the singleplatform.

**What do you like best about SinglePlatform?**

They did post menus on online sites.  But I didn't think the menus were very good or very helpful to my business.  

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

They tell you that you can cancel at any time, but this is absolutely not true.  I called to cancel my service and spent 10 minutes repeating over and over that I wanted to discontinue.  But the agent just kept telling me why I shouldn't cancel.  This is outrageous and makes me think this product is actually a scam.  Once they get your credit card, they will continue to charge it until you cancel it or block them.  Extremely dishonest!

Beware!  You cannot cancel your contract. 

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hoped to make it easy for customers to access my menu.  I was told that I could just send my paper menu to SinglePlatform and they would create the online versions.  But their versions were crude and inaccurate.  Somehow my sandwich menu got put into a secondary menu that viewers would have to click on to find.  I contacted them about my concerns and got no response.  So I edited the menus myself.  That proved to be cumbersome and time consuming.  So, after two months of trying the service, I decided it was not for me.  But when I called to cancel, I found myself in an infinite loop of sales pitches.  I finally hung up and blocked payment.  What a waste of time and energy!  Beware if you go near this company.  It is not a reputable firm.

I love that it's easy to use and that after it's sent it's published and protected.

There really aren't any things that I dislike about this service.

Support is responsive, no real other benefits.

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

Unless you are a restaurant, this platform provides no real value. Even then, there are better alternatives. The fact that they rely on tricking businesses into using their platform by editing Google My Business listings is proof enough of this.

I have no realized any benefits from SinglePlatform.

I like the text functionality for our guests. 

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

There were a lot of times that the system would not communicate with our reservation system. We spent at least 45 minutes a week troubleshooting and contacting tech support. 

**Recommendations to others considering SinglePlatform:**

I’m sure they’ve fixed a lot of bugs. Always worth trying.

We were trying to make reminders and promotions more accessible for our guests.

I love how much time i saved using singleplatform. I had to have our interns imput every single information before we found single platform and now it is so easy and fast. 

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

Not easy to learn. There are not much tutorials and can definitely have a learning curve for those who are not familiar. 

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We pour all our information into singleplatform to spread our words to others. It is so effective and much better than doing it manually/ blindly!

Great way to update your menu across multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about SinglePlatform?**

Expensive and is it really worth the cost if you can effectively update your menus on your own?  I've done it now and some websites they update aren't even where guests visit.  Target the social media sites that customers visit and update it yourself.  There are multiple places that guests and customers go to in order to get reviews on a place.

**Recommendations to others considering SinglePlatform:**

Weigh the value they actually bring.  You may not need to manage your menu across multiple platforms.

**What problems is SinglePlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating Menu's.  Keep track of reviews from customers.  The cost of the service isn't worth it for a small business.
