TringTring Reviews & Product Details

TringTring is an AI voice agent that answers your incoming calls and makes outbound follow-up, reminder, support and candidate-screening calls, 24/7, in English and nine Indian languages. Built and run for you by GlobalVox, it goes live on your existing number in days, and every call comes with a recording, transcript and AI summary. TringTring talks to your customers on the phone like a trained member of your team. It picks up your business number on the first ring, day or night, and makes the calls your team never gets to: lead callbacks, reminders, support follow-ups and hiring screens. It speaks English plus Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi, and switches mid-call when the caller does. It covers 30 use cases across five areas. An AI receptionist for FAQs, call transfer, messages, bookings, complaints and after-hours calls. Sell: calls new leads back within seconds, qualifies them, follows up quotes, recovers abandoned carts and runs upsell and renewal calls. Remind: appointment, payment, EMI, fee, rent, COD and service-due reminders, with every confirmation logged. Support: order status, first-level troubleshooting, complaints with reference numbers, callbacks, surveys and win-back calls. Hire: phone-screens candidates from a sheet, scores answers against your criteria, books interviews and chases documents and joining. You do not build it. You share your call types, FAQs, hours and rules. We build and voice the agent, you approve it on a test call, and we connect your number, calendar, sheet or CRM. Live in days. After every call you get the recording, a word-for-word transcript in the language spoken, and an AI summary of the need, outcome and next step, all searchable and exportable from your dashboard. The agent always tells callers it is an AI, never asks for card numbers, OTPs or passwords, and respects calling hours and do-not-call rules. Your call data is never used to train AI models, recordings stay private to your account, and you can export or delete your data at any time. Calls start from ₹2.5 per answered minute, with Starter (self-serve), Managed and Partner (white-label) plans. Try it free: describe your business out loud on tringtringai.com, and call the agent it builds for you on the spot.
