Our bin cleaning service has been using Trash Flow as our client server for 2 years now. We have been extremely happy about it, as it is able to keep our track of all our new and current clients, along with all payments, It's all in one place! What is especially great is that the software if adaptable to needs outside of the immediate waste industry needs. While we work closely with waste industry, we have somewhat different needs for software. Trash Flow was able to bridge that gap.
What do you dislike?
The main thing that I dislike is search process. It should be more streamlined, not having the user have to start each customer search from scratch. That takes quite a bit of time when we have to log large batches of payments. Additionally, It may be easier to allow for the list to show of all users, instead of it saying there are too many to list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend this software. While it was made for waste management, it is easily tailored for other business. The staff we purchase the software from was also great to work with: easy to contact and communicate with.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a software which could log all our payments, both regular and special. With this software, we can tailor the program to what we need. As stated before, we had somewhat different needs than standard waste management, but the software was able to adapt.
* We monitor all Trash Flow reviews to prevent fraudulent reviews and keep review quality high. We do not post reviews by company employees or direct competitors. Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
