**What do you like best about Box Tracker?**

Box Tracker is extremely user friendly.  They have a wonderful on-boarding process to walk you through the steps on how to use the program.  I love that you can track your dumpsters and handle the billing all from one program!  There are also reminder emails that can be sent to your customers when their rental period is almost done.  

**What do you dislike about Box Tracker?**

I have not found any issues that I dislike.  I had a couple of instances when I needed assistance and Box Tracker was extremely prompt in replying and to help resolve any issue I had.  

**Recommendations to others considering Box Tracker:**

Do not waste your time with other software.  Box Tracker is very affordable and SO easy to use.  You just cannot beat this option!

**What problems is Box Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not need to do double entry for accounting since Box Tracker handles all invoicing.  This is a major time saver for us!  We are also able to track our dumpsters at a quick glance.  The logs also show the movement of each dumpster so you know exactly where your dumpsters are located.
