**What do you like best about RMS - Refuse Management System?**

Financial reporting, reliable and reasonable pricing information,  Deployment information is available and easy to deploy,  support is good, training data can be obtained easily, flexible to learn, Best usage on commercials. I have especially came across this software during landfills which is very manageable. Live webinars and good documentations are available to analyse the working of this software and this feature is helpful to independently learn the working of this and need not rely on any external sources. Effective vehicle tracking with real time data monitoring can be done using this software. Recycling feature is the best.

**What do you dislike about RMS - Refuse Management System?**

No free version available for learning this and getting knowledge through documentation. Need to purchase.
Some up-gradations are required. Appointment management system is needed. Vehicle tracking could have increased precision and accuracy. User oriented Scheduling can be improved. Customer database needs to be more relational. I need to analyse more on the commercial use and understand the improvements needed.

**Recommendations to others considering RMS - Refuse Management System:**

I would certainly recommend since I find it more useful in creating customer database and maintaining the accounts of customer and pricing details. My pricing methods are streamlined and I can easily track my expenses. Waste management and disposal became more channelized. It has been very useful for me in my real time data monitoring and  location service. 

**What problems is RMS - Refuse Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used in Industrial landfills in Transportation sector, Transfer stations. I have streamlined my Pricing methodology, customer accounts is maintained in database properly and easily retrievable, Equipment can be easily tracked and maintained.
