I like Traliant for its relevance, quality, and execution. Employees actually enjoy the training they are taking, which is a big plus. I appreciate that Traliant provides automatically updated trainings that are relevant "right here and right now," reducing the need for manual updates and avoiding outdated content like I experienced with ADP. I really like how comprehensive Traliant is and how easy it is to understand. The software gives great examples for us to utilize if we're ever in a potential workforce violence situation, and it operates very fast. I found the whole experience to be very informative and fun.
