I like that Traliant was clear and to the point, and it wasn't excessively long. The videos were short and the questions were clearly communicated. I think it's easy to use and very clear about how to advance in the slides and what to do with the technology. It was concise and efficient, taking only thirty minutes, which I appreciated since it allowed me to complete it in one sitting without being boring. I found Traliant's videos and in-depth information about laws, regulations, and best practices to be extremely helpful. The platform was easy to use for this training, from sign-in to navigating the different prompts; everything was seamless. The initial setup of Traliant was super easy, thanks to our HR and hospitality division that provided a step-by-step instructional page guiding all employees on how to access the training material via a website and QR code. I run a small organization that needs to meet California training standards, and this has eliminated the tiresome in-person sessions while still allowing my employees to complete the requirements on their own time. Too long pauses at beginning and end of videos. Most of the time is still spent reviewing walls of text. One video cut out the "offensive" part, so the discussion about it felt out of place.
