Being able to complete training digitally and take quizzes digitally for SOPs is a huge plus. **What do you dislike about TrackWise Digital?** Using TrackWise Digital for the transition from paper-based to digital has been a disaster for the company. False promises were made about the customizations we could create for our specific needs. The interface is not user-friendly, especially for writing investigations. Forget trying to add tables or any other word-related diagram to quality event. **What problems is TrackWise Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company is transitioning from paper-based to digital. This is good in theory for a quality system. ### 4. It is easy to configure and use. Having numerous feature like searching and report creation and easy integration with third party system like SAP or MDMS. **What do you dislike about TrackWise Digital?** It require so many windows servers to install different software like Teamaccess, Crystal report and ETL. They should focus to move it on cloud **What problems is TrackWise Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really help to track the process like Discrepancy management system, CAPA and Global Product Complaint systems. Report generation for single and multi is top most feature to be utilize in real time. ### 6. It is easy to reference other protocols using this system. **What do you dislike about TrackWise Digital?** I don’t dislike anything about the program- it has been very helpful for me and my company. **What problems is TrackWise Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Trackwise to storage digital documents. It is beneficial as paper copies and waste are eliminated. In a digital world, this program is very helpful and user friendly. ### 7.
