I run a consulting business, and TackingTime Pro has become an essential tool for our practice. Managing billable time used to be a major pain point—we relied on Excel sheets and even tried Access-based solutions, but tracking hours across different activities was always cumbersome and error-prone.
Ever since we adopted TackingTime Pro, the process has become seamless and far more efficient. It has taken the stress out of time tracking and given us confidence in the accuracy of our billing.
One of the best features is the smart reminder to log time if you’ve forgotten to do so—a small but powerful capability that ensures no billable work is missed.

While TackingTime Pro has been an excellent solution for simplifying billable time tracking, a few enhancements could make it even more powerful. Users would appreciate more flexible reporting options, smoother task switching for those handling multiple projects, and an even stronger mobile and offline experience. Streamlining the onboarding of advanced features and adding refinements to the interface and customer support would also elevate the user experience. I appreciate how TrackingTime PRO is incredibly easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Todoist, which I use daily to stay organized. This integration substantially saves me time by streamlining my workflow. TrackingTime PRO is invaluable for tracking the time I spend on client work accurately, allowing me to bill them correctly for every hour and minute worked. The feature that lets me export hours to Excel is fantastic, as it enables a detailed breakdown of my work hours for clients and helps in efficiently summing them up for invoicing. Furthermore, the initial setup of TrackingTime PRO was very straightforward, adding to its ease of use. I really think it’s a great tool, and I particularly love how it has reduced the manual effort needed for tasks like summing in Excel, making my time tracking and billing process more efficient overall. I use TrackingTime PRO mainly for tracking time on projects and specific tasks, which is incredibly efficient. I love the seamless integration with MS Planner and MS Teams, allowing me to add or start tracking tasks with just a click without manually inputting each one. The ability to look backward through my activities is fantastic, as it enables me to easily review and adjust my timesheets to match our standards. The application's capability to see my computer activity simplifies the process of looking back and adding time to my timesheet, enhancing my workflow. Additionally, the initial setup of TrackingTime PRO was straightforward and easy, which was a great start. I use TrackingTime PRO primarily to monitor the time I spend on client projects and manage my own business effectively. One of the features I really appreciate is how it's fairly easy to add extra users for a short period of time, which aligns perfectly with my company's need to stay flexible as we work mainly with freelancers. The product is not only cost-effective, but the support is outstanding, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. Furthermore, despite offering a lot of functionality, it remains quite simple to use, making my time management tasks smoother. The decision to switch from Clockify to TrackingTime PRO was driven by the need for better collaboration, which this tool facilitates effortlessly. I like the ease of navigation and the convenience of recording hours worked, viewing, and exporting data.
I also really like the pacing report, as it helps me get an overview of task distribution. Consolidating daily hours worked by resource allows me to more accurately distribute tasks across the team.
Billed time tracking is also a simple feature that greatly helps me track what has been billed and what remains to be billed.

There's nothing I dislike about the system, but there are things that could make it even easier to use, such as entering the start and end times of a task. It could accept a number and convert it to a time. For example: If you enter 15, the system will automatically assume it's 3:00 PM, without needing to enter the minutes. If you enter 3:15 PM, the system will automatically assume it's 3:15 PM. And so on.

I have tried several time tracing platforms and finally found Tracking Time Pro. It's not overly complicated like some of the ones I tried, and is easy to set up and use. I use it every day to track my time as I work on multiple projects and this way I know how many hours I've spent on each project. There is also an auto tracking feature that you can start to track your time automatically without having to enter your time manually. At the end of each week, I can see how many hours I worked each day and on each project. Since I work from home a few days a week, and the office a few days, it it great that I have this tool no matter where I am working, and it keeps track of my hours no the cloud. Since I am using the free version, the time sheet only shows the total number of hours I've worked each day, with time blocks for each project I worked on, not the total number of hours for each project. So for example, if I worked on Project 1 for 2 hours, then Project 2 for 4 hours, then Project 1 for 2 more hours, it shows I worked 8 hours, but I have to manually figure out that I worked on Project 1 for 4 hours.
