As a web developer, Tracey Bug Cop has been useful for managing bug reporting with my design team. Getting back to Trello, it is simply perfect to be able to instantly create a card as heavy as the identified bugs are from the browser and point on them with a cursor. Tracey Bug Cop has no facilities for reporting bugs on a mobile device. This is particularly disadvantageous since multiple bugs that may be detected during mobile browsing may be missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is a simple Chrome plugin that takes very little setup. I also like the level of detail it dumps into the Trello card when it is created. Tracey the Bug Cop is great for our small development team to allow our early adopting customers to give us UI design feedback that can be put directly onto our Trello board. It is really simple to use and set up, and it allows you to select HTML elements and annotate on them; then, the feedback is put directly onto the Trello board for the development team to prioritize and fix. I dislike how the product is unprofessional and could not be used for a large, customer-facing product to receive feedback. I would not feel comfortable showing Tracey the Bug Cop to all of my customers as a way for them to give me feedback. In addition, it is a little tricky to get logged into Trello for the first time using the chrome extension, and that almost made me not use the product early on.
