Getting back to Trello, it is simply perfect to be able to instantly create a card as heavy as the identified bugs are from the browser and point on them with a cursor. **What do you dislike about Tracey Bug Cop?** Tracey Bug Cop has no facilities for reporting bugs on a mobile device. This is particularly disadvantageous since multiple bugs that may be detected during mobile browsing may be missed. **What problems is Tracey Bug Cop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracey Bug Cop saves time that would otherwise be spent on providing detailed email descriptions and screenshots of website bugs.The visual reporting feature ensures that there are no misunderstandings about where the bugs are seen or the bug status. ### 2. I also like the level of detail it dumps into the Trello card when it is created. I am surprised that this is a free plugin, as it competes directly with other solutions that are not cheap. **What do you dislike about Tracey Bug Cop?** Sometimes I have had people on my team get spammed with chrome notifications that Tracey generated. The problem does not always happen, but it has been an issue for a few people. **Recommendations to others considering Tracey Bug Cop:** If you are using Trello, this is the easiest way to get bug reports from your team into your task management system. **What problems is Tracey Bug Cop solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Tracey to report small fixes on our website. It is perfect for when an employee finds a small spelling error or stylistic error, they can report it to the development team Trello immediately. ### 3. It is really simple to use and set up, and it allows you to select HTML elements and annotate on them; then, the feedback is put directly onto the Trello board for the development team to prioritize and fix. **What do you dislike about Tracey Bug Cop?** I dislike how the product is unprofessional and could not be used for a large, customer-facing product to receive feedback. I would not feel comfortable showing Tracey the Bug Cop to all of my customers as a way for them to give me feedback. In addition, it is a little tricky to get logged into Trello for the first time using the chrome extension, and that almost made me not use the product early on. **Recommendations to others considering Tracey Bug Cop:** Make sure to utilize Tracey the Bug Cop in combination with your current Trello boards, especially if you use Trello for your development/web design teams. Without Trello this product is not very helpful, but it can be a great, easy-to-implement addition to your existing Trello workflow. **What problems is Tracey Bug Cop solving and how is that benefiting you?** At my agriculture software startup we recognized about a year ago that it was really difficult for us to receive grammar and UX design feedback on our website in an efficient manner. Our old system comprises of sending emails to the development team of items to change, but with Tracey the Bug Cop, we can send feedback directly to their Trello board and then let the development team prioritize the fixes as they see fit.
