I really like that Tracerfy provides accurate numbers. The accuracy is 100% good, which is something I appreciate. It's quite easy to understand how to upload files, so the setup process is okay. Everything is good overall, even though it only provides one owner name at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tracerfy? I find it challenging with Tracerfy that when I upload a file with around 400 to 500 rows, it only provides skip tracing results for about 50% to 30% of the entries, which is less than I need. Also, it only gives me information for one homeowner when I need details for at least two, including their email addresses. It feels like I get limited information from a big file upload. Easy UI and step by step instructions on how to actually pull data from my excel sheets. Also, the API is very simple to integrate with my code. The performance of the website is fast and effective. The pricing/ROI is not the best, I did scrub the data before hand and still went from a 1000 properties to only 300 properties I can call, this costed me about 40 dollars to gather the data. It's so simple and hassle-free; I just upload a file and get it back. The advanced skip tracing feature is excellent because it allows me to provide an address and get all the necessary details for that person, which is a significant help to my business. It's cost-efficient, which was important since previous solutions like Prop Stream were too expensive. The ease of setup was perfect, a 10 out of 10. I didn't need to consult with a sales team, which made it so much easier to buy. The up front cost is reasonable, and the website is very clean and easy. The initial setup was a 10/10 experience. It wasn't clear to me, and I ended up wasting credits trying to figure it out. Once I asked ChatGPT for the correct format, I got the results instantly. The simplicity and affordability make it pretty good. I also appreciate the free credits they give for leaving a review. I like how easy it is to use. It is very easy to integrate with API into my software. I've done 10,000+ skips and have a 88% success rate with phone numbers, very good.
