**What do you like best about Touch AI?**

We have been using TouchAi for the past 6 months and it has been a great AI marketing and lead generation solution for our Computer Security business.

TouchAi has allowed us to be much more efficient and productive: their AI-powered automation features streamlined our prospecting and outreach processes. The automated email personalization tools make it faster and easier to send highly customized messages to a curated leads list saving us countless hours of manual work. TouchAi has become an instrumental tool in increasing sales productivity and revenue growth for our business.

The data-driven insights from TouchAi have also been invaluable. We're able to make more informed, strategic decisions about our marketing campaigns, content strategy, and even which clients to take on. The platform's predictive analytics have helped us anticipate trends.

What really sets TouchAi apart, though, is their customer support team. Vineet and Shiv have gone above and beyond to ensure we're getting the most out of the platform and meeting our business goals. Anytime we have a question or need help, they respond quickly and provide thorough, helpful guidance.

Thanks to Touch, we've witnessed a transformative impact on our sales prospecting. The automated prospecting process has not only saved us valuable time but also enabled us to engage potential customers effectively. Within two months, we achieved remarkable pipeline growth, thanks to Touch's data-driven approach and precise targeting

**What do you dislike about Touch AI?**

Still had to purchase zoominfo licenses to round out the tool stack for my sales team

**What problems is Touch AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Writing customized contextually rich outbound emails that resonate with prospective clients is extremely time consuming. 
Touch automates this exercise, and super charges sales reps' productivity, allowing them to meaningfully engage with prospective clients at a much greater scale.
