What I like best about TMP is the ability to search within all customers. I previously used FSM and you had to differentiate between a guest and permanent customer. This made it quite difficult as an operator, due to the fact if staff did not know whether a customer was permanent or guest boater. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
What I dislike is the system seems very clunky. Although we have been told we have the ability to "make changes" or add "features" anything that seems to help me as a harbormaster is something we can't seem to add to the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation would be to really get acquainted with the software, i analogize it to using a macintosh computer. If you've never used it before there is a small learning curve, but once you get over that you can really use the program well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The one problem we have been able to solve is getting top of delinquent accounts early. This has been a benefit for us being able to tackle customer issues earlier with customers who have issues with paying full and on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
