The pureservice software is great and recommended for boat yards with a service dept. **What do you dislike about MarinaOffice?** The help desk lead person is extremely rude. We upgraded our server to Windows 11 and they have been unable to get the database and software to work properly. We had to move all our files for that program back to the old server. The cost of the software yearly is reasonable, but the online version is about 8x's the cost. The software integrates pretty well with quickbooks enterprise edition. **What problems is MarinaOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have been unable to resolve our current problem with the SQL server even though they claim that is the premise of the software.
