What do you like best about Torq AI SOC Platform?

Outstanding software in the area of cybersecurity, with very complete workflow automation capabilities, easy to install and use, you can handle the entire security issue in a safe and effective way. It also provides excellent options for email security, the responses to incidents are fast and always provide good solutions. The responses are automatic, you only have to make configurations and that's it, the possibility of integrating chatbots with instant messaging applications, I want to highlight Slack. Very little technical information about the product, few training options, and a support team lacking in ideas to provide solutions to problems that arise within the platform. Excessive costs compared to other similar cybersecurity services. Other issues focused on software configuration from first download to initial implementation. It is very useful for the detection of anomalies within networks, it has proven to be reliable in automating all workflows that we cover within the organization, it is a program that also allows auditing and account management specifically talking about the security of the same. "What's not to like?"

What do you like best about Torq AI SOC Platform?

There are so many things to like, it's hard to figure out which one is the "Best". The UI is easy to navigate with many options for getting as granular as you want within your workflow. For options that aren't available, integrated steps allow you to drop into Bash, Python, etc and perform actions directly on your variables. The Support Team has been amazingly responsive to requests for help, recommendations on more effective ways to conduct an action, and even short-suspense creation of new capabilities for major tasks I was trying to accomplish. After researching and testing several different SOAR platforms, Torq quickly became the obvious answer for our organization. We have already saved thousands of man hours on repeatable tasks, and I've barely scratched the surface. I'm looking forward to all of the amazing automations I will be able to continue doing with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Torq development team seems to be in my head. This is worrisome. Every time I think of a capability I'd like to see in the platform, they publish that solution in the next feature release. What problems is Torq AI SOC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We receive tens of thousands of alerts on our EDR, and Torq helps out by mitigating and resolving the "low hanging fruit" so our analysts can spend time focusing on the threats that are more serious. We also use the platform to "sync" data between external platforms by using webhooks to trigger when an event occurs. There are also scenarios when we have one platform that won't tie in easily to another platform, but Torq has all the answers, so we use it as a man in the middle to relay information through the vast number of built-in integrations that are so easily implemented. What do you like best about Torq AI SOC Platform?

The user interface of Torq.io is amazing I love all the functions to which I have access, setting a penalty timer is very simple, it is possible to configure workflow templates with variable times, the integration with CloudFlare for command management is very complete. By integrating with slack I can detect anomalies for example in messages, obtaining the IP address of the anomaly and a lot of information for network blocking. The service directly blocks the addresses that contain harmful elements and eliminates them, always executes the same route, it is very easy to configure and implement, it is possible to obtain statistics where we can see if the IPs that have been analyzed represent a threat, everything is organized in such a way that we can detect if the IP is harmless or malicious, I think the program is essential for computer security. What do you dislike about Torq AI SOC Platform?

The information about errors on the website does not always provide the solution, I have had to resort to consultations with external agents to solve problems within the platform, I think the support team should take more seriously the solutions for users. On some occasions when I have wanted to recover an event, it tells me that the Token to the carrier is not valid, I don't know what I am doing wrong, I hope for a solution. Importing workflows from another account can be the most complicated task if you are not familiar with the program, they only use one format and it is very ambiguous. Currently, we provide services in web technology and mobile technology, as well as server configuration and administration, so we always face situations where some malicious software wants to solve our security and that of our users, or wants to harm the projects we work on, with Torq.io we have managed to detect all software that may be harmful, channel and remove it, maintaining a secure network for all our workflow. What do you like best about Torq AI SOC Platform?

The automation engine that Torq has is one of the most powerful I have tested and the data orchestration system is very complete at the enterprise level, since the implementation of the program we have reduced the generalized fatigue of our server alerts, obtaining a better response time. The repetitive actions in question have been reduced thanks to the automation of all those tasks that are performed on a daily basis, in general it is very easy to configure and all options come with a manual and training from the support team. The automations are code-free, the understanding in question is simpler. Suspicious activity is no longer a problem thanks to the security protocols provided by Torq. The architecture of the entire interface fully prioritizes the user's basic understanding for a better use of the platform, providing ease of implementation at all times. What do you dislike about Torq AI SOC Platform?

Integration with security vendors could improve in breadth and service, with better integration we can have better command of threats and more robust security updates. I would like more flexibility with the program would improve a lot for us, resulting in better data manipulation. The customization of workflows needs a more comprehensive upgrade, I think Torq is a great program, but it still has a long way to go to be the service we all users want. We implemented Torq workflows to streamline all security monitoring and management of events, using tickets that are sent to support teams and managed from the platform's network, thanks to these synchronizations between all workgroups we can keep all environments secure, repositories, and automate the entire system without fail. Torq provides a complete identify verification service, if it detects suspicious activity the program detects it and sends us alerts that are then handled by our specialized security team. It is one of the easiest installation, Cyber Security platform which ensures the safety and security issues do not occur. If there is something fishy happening in the network or some kind of problem, it helps a lot to detect them quickly and helps to mitigate them. It has an amazing response time by which the resources don't have to waste multiple man-hours to check whether there are any anomalies in the network, and once an alert pops in, then only the resource has to resolve it, thereby increasing productivity and security.
