What problems is Torch solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Torch for tailored leadership coaching solutions to prepare our highest performing Associate Directors for promotion to Director. Over the course of six months, participants develop key competencies of an effective leader, including effective communication, analytical skills, and the ability to develop oneself and others. At the conclusion of our most recent cohort, 72% of Associate Directors reported improvements in confidence, self-belief, and self-awareness. Additionally, 67% experienced a shift towards a more robust learning and growth mindset. Participants also saw substantial gains in self-awareness and growth mindset, both of which are critical indicators of retention.
