TopLeader is a People Development Intelligence Platform that helps HR and business leaders turn leadership and talent programs into weekly practice, higher adoption, and measurable progress — without replacing their LMS or HR stack. **What do you like best about TopLeader?**

I’ve come across plenty of digital coaching tools, but Top Leader genuinely stands out for putting the user journey first while still maintaining real technical depth. It creates a space where both coaches and leaders can stay focused on what matters most: transformation.

**What do you dislike about TopLeader?**

Community Integration: While the one-on-one journey is excellent, adding more peer-to-peer networking opportunities or collaborative “mastermind” features within the platform could further strengthen the shared learning experience and help the community learn from one another.

**What problems is TopLeader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Top Leader is doing an excellent job of bridging the gap between traditional coaching and modern, data-driven leadership development.

One of the biggest challenges in leadership coaching is the “preparedness gap,” where leaders often show up to sessions without a clear focus or having completed the necessary pre-work. Top Leader addresses this with its AI-supported infrastructure, which helps ensure leaders are properly equipped and mentally ready before our sessions even begin. For me, as a leadership coach, that’s a major advantage: it lets us skip the usual “warm-up” phase and move straight into high-impact, deep work from the very first minute.

**What do you like best about TopLeader?**

I like TopLeader's intuitive UI, which makes using the platform straightforward for me. I am very glad about the wide range of coaches and mentors I can pick to work with, and I appreciate that they can be filtered through expertise, languages, and specific topics. The dashboard clearly displays my current area of development and my goals, and I find the delivery of relevant microlearnings via videos and articles quite helpful. The smooth initial setup was great, as I could use the platform right away after receiving the invitation email. I also value the integration with my Google calendar when I schedule a session, as well as receiving email notifications when my coach communicates with me through TopLeader.

**What do you dislike about TopLeader?**

Perhaps there could be a suggestion in the first step about the top 3 most suitable coaches/mentors when I enter this area in the TopLeader platform.

**What problems is TopLeader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TopLeader helps me clarify work and personal challenges and navigate obstacles by designing my own path. It shows my development areas and goals clearly, provides relevant microlearning, and lets me filter coaches by expertise and language.

**What do you like best about TopLeader?**

I really enjoy TopLeader's programming part in 60 to 90 day cycles which target specific groups and provide a framework along with progress overviews and metrics. The short-term goals are appealing for our staff, allowing us to diagnose, launch, monitor, and measure impact. I appreciate that the learning and development content stays secure and private to the user. The ability to personalize the development journey for each user by reflecting their strengths, development needs, goals, and burning issues, and being powered by AI offering micro-actions daily or weekly, is impressive. Additionally, the option to access a network of experts and certified coaches, and the flexibility to limit this to our own network, is a significant step in white-labeling the product. Setting up TopLeader was super easy as well; it was ready for use in just a few days.

**What do you dislike about TopLeader?**

I would appreciate TopLeader to be an execution tool for our trainers (internal and external) so it helps them plan and prepare live sessions, use it during the training delivery but mainly to use it as a follow-up platform for users after a completed training so they can continue applying the acquired knowledge in practice in cooperation with a mentor, a peer or their direct manager or HR. It looks like they are already working on it.

**What problems is TopLeader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TopLeader personalizes development journeys with AI, offering micro-actions, connecting users with experts and coaches, while providing a framework for 60-90 day cycles to set and monitor short-term goals. It's great for filling gaps in development, ensuring privacy for learning content, and supporting program owners with metrics.

**What do you like best about TopLeader?**

I like TopLeader's customer service. They really listen to customers and improve or enhance their service based on feedback. I appreciate their personal approach and consistently asking for feedback on what they can improve. It's also great that they provide good administrative support. I find it valuable that they started as a coaching platform, and when we requested mentors from specific areas and worldwide regions offering sessions in more time zones, they accommodated these needs. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about TopLeader?**

I would still welcome to have even more coaches and mentors from more countries to pick from. I know they are working on it

**What problems is TopLeader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TopLeader for coaching and mentoring, helping find solutions, motivation, and next steps. It's also useful for Gallup personality diagnostics. The customer service is responsive, offering personal approaches, admin support, and adapting to our needs like expanding mentors and regions.
