I am very glad about the wide range of coaches and mentors I can pick to work with, and I appreciate that they can be filtered through expertise, languages, and specific topics. The dashboard clearly displays my current area of development and my goals, and I find the delivery of relevant microlearnings via videos and articles quite helpful. The smooth initial setup was great, as I could use the platform right away after receiving the invitation email. I also value the integration with my Google calendar when I schedule a session, as well as receiving email notifications when my coach communicates with me through TopLeader.
