TMetric Reviews & Product Details

TMetric is the most popular time tracker for service teams, agencies, and freelancers, trusted by over 10,000 companies worldwide. Built for teams that need more than logged hours, TMetric connects time tracking directly to billing, invoicing, and project profitability so every hour worked turns into revenue captured. Automated Time Tracking: Captures work hours automatically across projects and tasks in real time. Desktop apps, browser extensions, and mobile apps for iOS and Android keep every billable minute logged without manual input. Offline tracking ensures nothing gets missed. Project Profitability: A live view of cost vs. revenue across every project. Billing rates apply at the client, project, or team member level. Budget alerts fire before overruns happen, so managers can protect margins while there is still time to act. Billing and Invoicing: Invoices generate directly from tracked hours in one click, with rates applied automatically. QuickBooks and Xero sync eliminates manual exports and billing errors. Timesheets and Payroll: Timesheets build automatically from tracked hours with approval workflows and a full team overview. Payroll calculates based on verified time entries and cost rates, keeping labor costs predictable and admin time low. Team Productivity: Dashboards give managers visibility into work schedules, task assignments, and productivity levels across the team. Activity tracking with app and site usage monitoring adds an extra layer of oversight for remote and distributed teams. Time Off: Leave requests, approval workflows, balance tracking, and accrual policies in one place, with a real-time view of team availability and its impact on delivery. Integrations: 50+ integrations including Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, GitHub, GitLab, Zendesk, Freshdesk, QuickBooks, Xero, and Google Workspace. Plans: Free plan available for up to 2 users with unlimited projects and reporting. Paid plans unlock billing, invoicing, payroll, and advanced team management. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
