# Having issues when starting a new task-  would like to discuss or receive training

Always opens two instances so I have to go back and delete one.

It depends on the platform - starting a new task on mobile phone is a bit different than doing it either from Windows desktop app, or from a Web interface.

Also, specifying a problem by "having issues" is unfortunatelly just a bit too broad of description to be able to answer directly.
