It's easy to get started, no real onboarding needed, people just pick it up. Integrates with the tools we already use, so there's no friction adding it to the workflow. I have full-time people and freelancers working together on the same projects, and TMetric keeps billing in one place. I can see everyone's hours, know what I owe each freelancer, and handle different currencies without it turning into a mess.
