The desktop and web integration of TMetric means is very straightforward - really good UI. Desktop tracking enables to review work and allocate time accordingly if you forgot to track time. The reporting is very well done - nice looking reports that can compile various metric easily. Good for timesheets as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is some functionality to be added - for instance when you go track new time, and need to create a new project, you cannot do both in a single action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the app is integrated into my Trello board and I can stop and start the clock from there. I also like that I can export a report of my hours to a PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it cumbersome to modify my time (like rounding it to the nearest 15 minutes). I have to find the job and edit each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TMetric ties in beautifully to existing automated tracking workflows. It is truly cross-platform, supporting windows, macOS, iPhones, Android and most importantly, Linux operating systems. I use it in conjunction with the Rescuetime automated time tracker and I couldn't be happier. I especially enjoy the ability to manually add time, which makes it easier to reorganize. If there was one thing I dislike it is that the tags are not easy to be added anywhere except the browser version. Also, it would be nice to have Pomodoro timers per task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's incredibly easy to figure out and takes almost no time to train staff to use it. There's a chrome extension that I use as well as a desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- app usage - very helpful when I forget to change my task
- reports - easy to get what I need

- windows app minimizes itself when starting timer it should be optional - I would like to have it on my second monitor all the time
- When I have 2 monitors at work connected to my laptop and I go home, TMetric stays on the second monitor forever and after waking up the laptop there is no way to move it to the main screen
- sometimes the app hangs (windows) and it needs to be restarted, but it occurs occasionally
- Recent tasks should be deletable - if I enter a task and then correct an error in the name, I get both of them on the recent task list (windows app) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
