Used to work over emails before and then moved to excel. But excel got corrupted once and took me a long time to recover the idea list I had (thankfully, I was able to do so eventually!). I found the tool very easy to use and easy to understand. I do not come from a patent background, but the tool didn't make me realize that. Though there are 4 workflow processes defined, but internally I used them according to the process I had in my organization. My manager too loved it when I showed the tool to him and we may eventually adopt it companywide (though we aren't that big a number). **What do you dislike about TIP Tool?** The only thing that I would want additionally, for now, is separate admin and manager roles.
