I found the product very useful for the list of ideas that I had. Used to work over emails before and then moved to excel. But excel got corrupted once and took me a long time to recover the idea list I had (thankfully, I was able to do so eventually!). I found the tool very easy to use and easy to understand. I do not come from a patent background, but the tool didn't make me realize that. Though there are 4 workflow processes defined, but internally I used them according to the process I had in my organization.
