The end to end tracking capability is particularly valuable being able to follow an innovation from its initial conception all the way through to patent filing gives great visibility into the entire IP pipeline. The enterprise wide approach also helps get more people involved in the innovation process rather than keeping it siloed in just R&D or legal teams.

The visual workflow is incredibly intuitive. It’s easy to move ideas through different stages from capture to patent filing without needing constant follow-ups. I also like how it brings inventors, legal teams, and decision-makers onto the same page. No more scattered emails or missed updates. Everything’s trackable in one place.

I found the product very useful for the list of ideas that I had. Used to work over emails before and then moved to excel. But excel got corrupted once and took me a long time to recover the idea list I had (thankfully, I was able to do so eventually!). I found the tool very easy to use and easy to understand. I do not come from a patent background, but the tool didn't make me realize that. Though there are 4 workflow processes defined, but internally I used them according to the process I had in my organization. My manager too loved it when I showed the tool to him and we may eventually adopt it companywide (though we aren't that big a number).
