The onboarding experience has been great thanks to the short explainer videos, which made it much easier to learn the platform step by step. I haven't explored every integration yet, but everything I've used so far has worked smoothly and the overall performance has been solid. The AI-powered insights and analytics are a nice addition and make the platform feel more advanced. From what I've seen, the features offer good value for the pricing. Overall, it's a well-designed tool that makes a complex workflow much easier to manage.

The platform is particularly useful for Innovation Managers and In-house IP Counsel, who have different but complementary responsibilities.

What I like most is that I don’t have to keep checking different spreadsheets and emails to figure out where an idea or patent application stands. I use the Idea Manager and Portfolio Manager regularly, and the tagging makes it easier to sort through everything. The examiner analysis and Art Unit prediction are also useful when we’re reviewing a case and deciding what to do next. It’s not something we rely on for the final decision, but it gives us helpful context and saves a lot of back-and-forth.
