I find it challenging that creating an intake form from the client's perspective is not very visible or easy to see when we need to create a new order. Timeliner has made managing our video production workflow much easier. Before using it, we were constantly switching between WhatsApp, Google Drive, and different project management tools to keep track of clients, editors, revisions, and deadlines.

What I like most is having everything in one place. Clients can review videos, leave time-coded feedback, and approve content without endless back-and-forth messages. It also makes it much easier to keep track of projects and see what needs to be done.

The platform is very easy to understand and has saved us a lot of time and unnecessary communication. There are still a few areas that could be improved, especially around the overall smoothness of the platform, but considering how much easier it has made our workflow, I would definitely recommend Timeliner to video production and content agencies. I like having my scripts, footage, editors, and clients in one place, and being able to post directly to my clients’ social media accounts and review videos in Timeliner. I like that Timeliner feels forward-thinking, with interesting ideas around AI and creative ways to improve the software. They’re open to new feedback and keep improving it. I had an idea that they seem to be rolling out, and I like that they’re open to feedback. Setup was pretty easy because they offer an onboarding call. I find it more beta than an established software like Frame.io. Because they are adding new features and growing very fast, I'm staying with them. It's a web browser app, so until it's an actual app, it can be difficult to use on my phone or laptop, and I always have to log in. I love the clean design of Timeliner; it has a really nice user experience. It makes navigating the software simple for me and makes it easy for my clients to be onboarded into such a beautiful-looking system. I also really enjoy the frame.io-like tools integrated into the platform for reviews and comments, which let me leave feedback for my editing teams directly on the content material. The initial setup was really easy. A customer success manager walked me through the platform, but even before that, I could navigate the system by myself. There's not much I did need to build out a customized enterprise level plan because I manage a lot of editing contractors and the initial basic plans don't really allow for agencies with a lot of content production volume to grow into that scale. So I would suggest for agency owners that are using over 10 editors to personally reach out to Noam, the founder, to build that enterprise level plan because they offer like terabytes of storage, but it's not exactly necessary for agencies that have their own storage management systems. I love Timeliner because it really speeds up my workflow. It allows me to get an overview of everything that has to be done in the business. I'm actually only using Google Drive for bigger storage things, but now that I'm going to the bigger plan, I don't even need Google Drive anymore.

I actually asked the developers to create the pages just like Notion, so everything that is possible within a Notion page is also possible within Timeliner now, and that's also one of the things that I love about them. They're still pretty small, so you can actually request what you want, and within a few weeks they have created it for you, which is truly awesome.

I'm moving all of my systems to Timeliner. It just makes everything way easier also for my editors, etc., and I just can't wait to grow and scale my business with Timeliner.
