This extra step takes 2 to 3 hours for every full audit project.
An unexpected downside we uncovered after several months is the restrictive mobile experience. Our team often reviews task status while visiting client sites or taking calls with external auditors, but the mobile view hides dependency controls and permission settings. If an accountant needs to adjust a task deadline remotely, they cannot make the change on their phone and must wait until they return to a desktop.
