I appreciate TimeClock Plus by TCP for its ability to manage a large roster of employees, especially since many hold multiple positions and need their labor hours organized by job code and specific events. I like how it automatically applies shift minimum hours and allows a wide range of settings to be adjusted for each employee's profile, accommodating different business needs and applicable labor laws across multiple states. The flexibility to apply nuanced settings, like geofencing rules tailored to individual employees based on their roles or work locations, is a standout feature for me. I think the most useful thing would be if I could re-send employee activation emails on my end. As it is, I have had to reach out to TCP support each time this was needed. Support has been helpful but this feels like an unnecessary step in the process. It's also unclear to me if I update an employee's email address if TCP would send them a new activation email automatically. There have been some changes made that resulted in quirks or annoying aspects. Nothing that stops the app from being usable, but adds time to the general process.
