**What do you like best about Tidabie Tidal Music Converter?**

When it works it's very quick, but it rarely works unfortunately.

**What do you dislike about Tidabie Tidal Music Converter?**

For two months conversions would hang and when I reported the issue, for two month I got "please be patient while we submit this to our software developers" and "try this other product" which was 1x speed compared to 10x. No support other than the above was given and no refund for the two months of a non-working product was given. AVOID THIS PROGRAM. It's absolutely terrible and customer service is definitely deficient.

**What problems is Tidabie Tidal Music Converter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their customer support will give you the run-around and they will simply tell you "be patient" or "try this product instead" (which is worse. Avoid this program!
