Being a 3D modeler by myself I really like the possibility to set up the scene in clara.io and have a visual feedback of my scene before entering in the configurator section. **What do you dislike about Threekit?** Well, there is some limitation in particular about the UI of the configurator. For a seamless integration inside an existing website, it is needed to set up some code. Also, would be nice some more features to manage complex configurators with many product and choices. **What problems is Threekit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We delivered some WebGL configurators to furniture manufacturers and they are happy with the result. The configurators are not used directly in an e-commerce website at the moment but are very useful for the salesman and also as a reference for managing orders from the distributors. ### 3. They are knowledgeable and patient with customers who aren't as tech-savvy.
