Our account manager provided a script and paired on Zoom to help bootstrap Thoras and start training the operator on our environment. That was a good experience and helped us to see value quickly, but generating the configs and adding them to our IaC pipeline for each app required a fair amount of work. I should be clear here: The source of this friction is chiefly the complexity of our pipeline rather than an issue with Thoras. **What problems is Thoras AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Thoras team have been a huge help to better managing our Kubernetes resource usage and its impacts on reliability and cloud provider spend. ### 2.
