## Thinglink Reviews
  ### 1. Easy-to-use Interactive Content Solution.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramy S. | Analytics Team Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

ThingLink is an easy-to-use, easy-to-access, and cloud-based platform for content creation. The platform has various design tools and assets. It makes it easy for content creators to produce and share interactive content with their audience. Also, it has efficient integration with popular cloud services, like Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

ThingLink would be more efficient with advanced AI capabilities for image creation and editing tools to enhance the platform functionality and enable even non-designers to produce innovative and engaging content.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThingLink saves me time and effort in creating infographics, micro tutorials, and informative documentation. The service helps me produce, customize, and share engaging and visually appealing infographics and interactive multimedia with customers.

  ### 2. Innovative Content Creation for the Average user.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hosam K. | BI Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

Thinglink allows me to create interactive content for various use cases. It’s easy to use and helps me create and share engaging images and videos online. The application does not require experienced users and suits the average user regardless of their industry or technical knowledge level.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

I’ve encountered some difficulties with the size of embedded content on mobile devices. Additionally, integration with third-party applications and platforms is not seamless. The cost of the pro plans is also somewhat high.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thinglink is a valuable tool for my team, allowing us to create engaging visual content and resources that effectively educate and explain technical features and concepts. It streamlines our content creation and publishing process for social media, resulting in increased lead generation and improved engagement and response rates on our social media marketing efforts.

  ### 3. Charlotte Morris Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte M. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

ThingLink is great for developing interactive learning. It is user-friendly and our students.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

There is nothing I dislike about ThingLink. It is one of the best resources for creating engaging learning.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThingLink gives my Instructional Design team a great resource for rapid learning development.

  ### 4. Thinglink has allowed me to be creative when writing lessons for my students.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TRACY-ANN ANMARIE C. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

The most useful thing about Thinklink is the fact that my students get to interact with the pieces I create. The upside about using Thinglink is that my students can share their work with me and with their group mates easily.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

The thing that my students and my self see as a downside is the fact that they have to register on the platform before they can let there creative juices flow.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During Covid-19 we had to learn to adapt to the new norm. Schools went online and persons started to work from home. During those time Thinklink solved the problem of visual online learning, and allowed persons to be able to do online interactive presentations.

  ### 5. Easy to use Content Creation tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hany I. | Technology Trainer/Integration, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

ThingLink is easy to use and allows the creation of interactive pictures, maps, 3D virtual tours, and many content types with minimum effort.

I like that it doesn't require any downloads. It lives in the cloud and works directly within web browsers. It makes it easy to create and share engaging content with anyone who has just a web browser installed on their device.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

It would be great if the ThingLink platform allows for importing SVG graphics to add to the content. That would help users create high-quality content with scalable pictures that don't lose resolution when resized.

**Recommendations to others considering Thinglink:**

Consider redesigning the content created by other users instead of starting from scratch.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThingLink allows me to add more learning resources into interactive spots when I create and share educational content with trainees. It encourages them to dive deep into the subject and supports self-directed learning, which results in better training outcomes.

  ### 6. A broken app

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard P. | Reader in Pharmacology

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

Really nice for producing interactive images, so long as your students don't use Chrome

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

ThingLink does not work with Chrome. When you access an image and click on elements, it suddenly hogs all of your CPU power - well, 70% plus. This slows everything down and makes laptops run hot. I have contacted support and they say "it's a problem with Chrome". Really? You have built an app that doesn't work with the world's most popular browser, and you say it's the browser's fault!

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to use it to deliver annotated feedback to students. I have moved to Genially instead

  ### 7. Interactive images made easy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marnie D. | Educational Technology Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

I love how you can take any image and create an interactive image out of it. For example, you can take a map, add pin-points to specific locations, and when you click those pin-points, you can set it for a video to open, an essay to open, or even more images! It's easy enough for even students to use!

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

As intuitive as Thinglink is, it is not as easy to start with. There are layers to the platform that take more experience than just click and go.

**Recommendations to others considering Thinglink:**

If you are using this with students, take some time to get very familiar with it yourself. This is definitely a tool that needs a demo and a walk-through before students use it independently. It is a tool that you can do SO much with if you take the time to learn it!

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thinglink helped us add a layer of pizazz to basic documents that teachers were sharing. Our first use was to take a map and make it interactive to showcase student work with the click of a button. It turned static infographics into more in-depth learning tools. It helped students add a personal layer to an "about me" project that allowed them to link parts of their world to the product that was turned in.

  ### 8. Makes photos interactive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergey O. | project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

Very easy to use, you can easily add to your site or drop a link to a finished project.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

I did not find any shortcomings and difficulties when working with this online service.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tag images with instant access to additional information, audio, video, embeds and web links.

  ### 9. Thinglink is an innovative product

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate H. | Content Strategy Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

Ability to house a variety of content in one place and make it look fun and engaging! We use it on a touch-screen display and it works really well to show our video, photo, quote, and story content all in one place. It's a useful program that is simple to understand and begin implementing.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

I wish that there were more custom features in their free and simple packages. Currently, there are limited functions I can do with a free account. It's enough to get the job done, but it would be helpful to have some more design options available when using their free account.

**Recommendations to others considering Thinglink:**

If you are looking for a place to put a bunch of varying content on one page to display Thinglink is great! It is an awesome item to use at conventions or shows or events to show your product(s) and the stories connected to your product(s).

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to feature Thinglink on a screen at conventions for users to tap through our different content. With thinglink we have been able to tell our story in a more powerful and interesting way. This allows us to capture people's attention as they are at events or trade shows, etc. and the functionality of Thinglink makes it easy to browse around the design as well as set it up. I would recommend it to others who want to showcase their work and content in a new way.

  ### 10. Great for making interactive images

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

I love that students can tag information/videos/images to base images and create interactive infographics. I have students as young as 2nd grade navigate ThingLink on their iPads with ease.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

Many features that were free are now premium only. I upgraded to one teacher account but it's too expensive to get it for our whole school.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Students have showed their learning in a fun, innovative way. They've created interactive timelines, maps, and flags and been able to label parts of diagrams.

  ### 11. Make an interactive images

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

Is a simple and friendly way to make an interactive image without code.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

Now we cant post in facebook, so you only can share a link in that social media.

**Recommendations to others considering Thinglink:**

I think will be perfect if you want to show a property for example for real state.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It´s perfect to show a property.

  ### 12. PR practitioner must-have! Interactive, clickable press releases, maps, inforgraphics & more

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

I love that this software allows me to ditch the static, traditional press release or infographic and create fun, interactive, hands-on content that media (and my clients' customers) can engage with, be entertained by, and learn from.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

I dislike that there are total view limits on images/content you create per each pricing plan and think that restriction should be removed.

**Recommendations to others considering Thinglink:**

I would go with the mid-level "professional" plan because it is more than sufficient to meet all the visual content creation needs for all of our clients and has all the features, bells, whistles, integration capabilities, and exportation options you could ever need.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've solved the problem of easily being able to create stellar visual content and online tours for my clients' audiences (and for press/reporters on behalf of my clients).

  ### 13. Perfect for an interactive image

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Thinglink?**

This is a perfect solution if you want to create an interactive image for your website.

**What do you dislike about Thinglink?**

Befaure used to be more easly to share in facebook.

**Recommendations to others considering Thinglink:**

Maybe more flexibility for free plans.

**What problems is Thinglink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because i have a website for a real state it´s perfect to use a panoramic picture and add interactive descriptions and more information.
