TheWebLead is a sales prospecting platform built for web agencies and freelancers who sell websites. It automatically identifies local businesses that need a new website or a redesign by analyzing their current site across 50+ criteria including design, SEO, performance, and conversion. Each prospect receives an AI-powered score so agencies focus on the highest-potential leads first. The tool generates professional PDF audits branded with the agency&#39;s name and personalized AIDA sales scripts. Instead of cold calling, agencies approach prospects with a concrete analysis that demonstrates expertise before the first conversation. Includes a built-in Kanban CRM and B2B enrichment.

**What do you like best about TheWebLead?**

I have been using TheWebLead for a few weeks for prospecting on website redesign projects. The big added value for me is the AI audit automatically generated for each prospect (PageSpeed, SEO, design, technical). Before, I had to manually conduct an audit to be able to speak concretely to a prospect, now it's delivered turnkey in a few minutes with a PDF already branded with my name.

The Diamond/Golden/Silver scoring to identify high-potential redesign prospects is also a big time saver. And the CRM with different follow-up cadences depending on the method (cold email vs trade show vs cold call) is clever, I hadn't seen that elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about TheWebLead?**

When you arrive, you are a bit lost; the onboarding would benefit from being more guided (tutorial, checklist at first login). The mobile app is still basic, use desktop for now.

**What problems is TheWebLead solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time for prospecting. I used to spend a lot of time manually searching for prospects and doing the audits myself.
