ThetaRay Reviews & Product Details

The theta ray dashboard is incredible. It helps us to grow our business up to 50% more. The best feature about it, it detects anomalies that signal threats and radically reduces false positive alerts by up to 99%. It mainly reduces the time analysts spend on investigation for more effective AML compliance operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface theme sometimes creates a little bit issue and the cost of this product or we can say the subscription is also too high. Else everything is fine nothing to dislike more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked best about the ThetaRay software was the dashboard feature on the left side of the home page; the organization of everything is simple and plain, which made my work efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I disliked most about ThetaRay is more to do with organization and display rather than the software itself, specifically the black/blue theme, it just seemed like everything was always on night mode, if there could be a night mode and day mode that would help. Ever since its implementation into our organisation, ThetaRay has tremendously helped us in overseeing any & all incoming & outgoing transactional operations with instant reporting towards any occurring anomalies for an immediate course of action from our end. While I sincerely appreciate ThetaRay's undisputed capabilities in maintaining our company's payment security, the platform has admittedly proven to be quite costly for our small company to continually utilize given our limited budget allocated towards software subscription. If ThetaRay could make a bit less expensive plans so that it would be affordable to everyone. Also, they take a bit of time to load, which makes it slow and if they could come with more frequent updates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about ThetaRay is the dashboard feature, specifically the analysis part, where I can review anomalies in cluster details and displays the severity and all kinds of data I need to spot fraud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike most about ThetaRay is the dark theme that the software has it makes it very hard to work during the day, I think there should be a day mode and a night mode to circumvent this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
