**What do you like best about TheReservationDesk?**

How easy the system is to set up and learn. All of my new starters learn the ropes very quick and there is little to no bugs on the system compared to softwares ive used in the past.

**What do you dislike about TheReservationDesk?**

It's a relatively expensive software compared to others if I had to pick a negative, but given how easy it is to use, we are happy to pay the extra.

**What problems is TheReservationDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A long booking process is now simplified compared to our previous system, we can also immediately see who is staying and where.
