What do you like best about The Lennox Academy?

The guys behind it have always been super supportive and open to ideas in terms of new materials or sessions that could be run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Lennox Academy?

Nothing I dislike :)

One area I'd like to see more developed, which I believe they are currently working on, is management resources.

I suggested this before and they quickly actioned an incredibly thorough intensive 2-day workshop for new managers.

However, some further sessions or platform resources on - preparing for management, the transition from XDR to Sales leadership, hiring strategies, cross-functional alignment, 1/1 and team meeting structures, forecasting best practices, MEDDICC / deal review strategies. What problems is The Lennox Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I leveraged a subscription of The Lennox Academy portal as an Account Executive and found the 1/1 coaching amazing, I benefited a lot from some 'deal review' sessions in my initial days as an AE. The online resources relating to account tiering, multi-treading and cross-channel prospecting, KDM alignment.

I also availed of some mentorship sessions when seeking to move companies / promote and received some amazing interview tips and mock sessions with Paddy.

New as a manager, I attended their BDR Manager workshop and gained invaluable insights on hiring top talent, driving a high performing team, accountability and performance coaching, delivering feedback and more. The guest speakers, Emma Walker and Graeme Coyne brought brilliant situational role plays forward for us to practice our approach.

Ross has always been super helpful in helping me keep on the pulse and prep for future roles. Currently in a small company, having Lennox as an option where I can outsource my growth and development to has been amazing. I would definitely recommend ICs and new managers to get involved with Lennox, particularly if you have limited sales enablement internally or work remotely.

My BDR team also recently availed of a BDR-AE alignment session organised by Matt and hosted by Paddy and the feedback has been super positive all round. They have all taken Paddy's advice on board to understand each of their AEs' targets so that they are better prioritising their time per AE. He also delved into the importance of structure and agenda in BDR-AE 1/1s and gave example agendas. We found it really refreshing having an outside voice present on this and think it drives interest and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
