**What do you like best about The Governor?**

I like that I can now traffic-shaping my WAN circuits without babysitting an entire network. Our Peak congestion periods are faster and more reliable because of the Governor.

**What do you dislike about The Governor?**

It was harder to set up on the Mac version, but once I got it, it figured out the network monitoring software was easy to use. I found no significant issues with this product.

**What problems is The Governor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed software that added Live sessions and in-person sessions to help our Bandwidth monitoring. I also needed diagnostic tools to help me understand our internet usage.
