The Clinic Governance Operating System Reviews & Product Details

INTENTIQ is purpose-built for owner-led, CQC-registered aesthetic and wellness clinics. Unlike booking-first software, INTENTIQ is a full governance platform: incidents, risk, quality, documents, data protection, assets, staff HR and a live CQC compliance matrix — all connected. Clinics get a real-time CQC Readiness Score computed from their own data across all Regulations 3–20A + Registration Reg 13, with evidence tracking, gap analysis and reg-cited recommended actions. Six built-in AI agents work across compliance, documents, hazards, risk, staff profiles and training. Proven live in a working UK clinic for over a year — not a demo. Supports CQC readiness and helps evidence governance; ideal ahead of the incoming non-surgical cosmetic licensing. 5.
