The process was free and the money I received went into my accounts, as I had it set up to do. It really is a great platform and alternative to GoFundMe. **What do you dislike about the action network?** I really have nothing bad I can say, this site is good and efficient. **What problems is the action network solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solved the issue I had with creating a fundraiser for donations without setting up a page on GoFundMe. I didn't want to use the other one and so the Action Network was perfect for me instead of using the other site. ### 2. It really grants you control over who to reach out to from your network based on all sorts of information like by state/zip code/whether they've opened previous emails and lots of things which you can also add. You can also share information without giving people the power to control the lists and choose what you share, which is perfect for cross-organizing between groups. It also allows you to track fundraising directly from different email campaigns. **What do you dislike about the action network?** I think that it can have a hefty set up process if you have a lot of tags, which takes some time to assign. **Recommendations to others considering the action network:** I would recommend having at least one person on your team who does some sort of training towards understanding this product and to help others, because it can tend to be a little complicated at first use or for people who are less tech-savvy. **What problems is the action network solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Action Network allows us to reach out to members of our list in personalized and exact ways without over saturating their emails.
