5/5

What do you like best about TestPapas?

What stood out most was their attention to detail and thorough testing methodology. They were able to identify issues that might have been overlooked during internal reviews and provided clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.

Their reporting was comprehensive yet easy to understand, allowing both technical and non-technical stakeholders to quickly assess findings and prioritize fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestPapas?

Overall, we were satisfied with the engagement. One area for potential improvement would be providing additional strategic recommendations related to long-term website optimization and user experience enhancements beyond the testing scope. However, this did not impact the quality of the testing services delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What we like most about TestPapas is their responsiveness and the quality of their support. The team reacts very quickly to our requests, communicates clearly, and takes the time to thoroughly investigate and reproduce the scenarios we need.

Another big advantage is how flexible they are when it comes to testing different payment flows and geographies. This makes it much easier for us to validate integrations and identify issues before they affect real users.
