"We keep our test cases in place and testing progress is well tracked through TestCollab"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

I'm a fan of the fact that we have 1 central place to manage all of our testing in TestCollab. We used to have spreadsheets that were a mess and impossible to follow. Now, I simply define a test plan, assign cases to my team and watch pass/fail results live. It’s a concentrated tool that doesn’t make things too complicated. Getting started was quick and easy, and we use it every day without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

We would like to see some more advanced reporting features. I’m also frequently left looking at manually collating the data to create a report for a client showing testing progress over time when it’s necessary to show in a custom way. I would love to have more variety in building and customizing the reports in tool itself I believe this is great unique features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Simple for Daily Use, But Needs Better Integrations"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

I'm a Content Strategist and I need to liaise with our developers to make sure new features are properly beta tested before we ship them. TestCollab has made it so I can see the overall progress of testing in a clear, and therefore easily manageable way without actually having to be too technical or involved. I like the simple interface - creating and prioritizing test cases is natural, and the dashboard gives a quick picture of where are we. For a team that relies on it every day, the reliability and simplicity of the actual service are its biggest advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

It does the job, but it lacks some of the creature comforts our devs would want, like better support for native integrations with our CI/CD pipeline. With that said, the reporting is serviceable, though it could stand to be more programmatically customizable for presenting progress in shared presentations to non-technical admin stakeholders.
