"I need a test management channel testing (posting works fine)."
What do you like best about TestCollab?

The website is simple to use and our team didn't have much difficulty in transitioning. We liked it after testing it for around six months, so we bought a year’s worth of the license and have since renewed. We use it everyday to handle test cases for our Salesforce consulting business, especially to test custom objects and AppExchange package installs. The roll out was smooth and its great to integrate it with our other systems. Your support team were great about the install - speedy replies to all our setup questions. What do you dislike about TestCollab?

Although it includes all functions I (we) needed, the UI for managing a large amount of testcases could be better. A couple of the coolest are not immediately evident and it takes a bit of playing around to fully appreciate how they can be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Simple for Daily Use, But Needs Better Integrations"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

I'm a Content Strategist and I need to liaise with our developers to make sure new features are properly beta tested before we ship them. TestCollab has made it so I can see the overall progress of testing in a clear, and therefore easily manageable way without actually having to be too technical or involved. I like the simple interface - creating and prioritizing test cases is natural, and the dashboard gives a quick picture of where are we. For a team that relies on it every day, the reliability and simplicity of the actual service are its biggest advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

It does the job, but it lacks some of the creature comforts our devs would want, like better support for native integrations with our CI/CD pipeline. With that said, the reporting is serviceable, though it could stand to be more programmatically customizable for presenting progress in shared presentations to non-technical admin stakeholders.
