**What do you like best about Teramind?**

First of all from a view of a system administrator, teramind software uses the most recent technologies to operate. In a single virtual machine It has got too many different applications. All applications run in a harmony and operate well. We are using on-prem. instances on our local datacenter.<br>Second best thing about teramind is the support. When we got some error on we just write a little message to chat than our support technician start to taking care of us in no time.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

There is only one thing, on support portal we need to start a chat with a technician, Old school ticket system is more efficient I think.

**What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With teramind we can just monitor all employees behaviour. Can see our Colleague work performance.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

Teramind allows that we can use it in an easiest way, you can download it quickly, have great customer support if you have issues. I used it everyay and what I love more its that it does not affect your work with intrusive pop-up for screenshots. All my team and I were using it in the insurance agency and helped allow to increase productivity without having micromanagement.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The thing I dislike it's that the file you download it's really difficult to delete from your device, what it's odd, especially when you change devices.

**What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teramind helped too get a fair payment where you can not only know the time you have worked, but also you are able to manage your tasks in a timely manner. This way I'm not behind as I used to be with other roles.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

Teramind is a fantastic tool for monitoring user activity/productivity but can also be used to help when troubleshooting IT issues. We implemented it over 5 years and use it on a daily basis, there is a rich feature set and the support is second to none.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

Very occasionally the agent updates will fail due to a conflict with antivirus applications but after the initial teething problems we haven't experienced any issues.

**What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teramind allows us to monitor productivity across all employees and with the built-in policies, rules and alerts we are able to detect any anomalies in behaviour that could lead to potential data loss. The product allows us to monitor/classify web traffic and also improve internal support, using the tool to assist in troubleshooting and resolve issues which would have taken a lot longer without Teramind.

Our organization has received multiple benefits from using Teramind and its features. It monitors activity quite capably and provides real-time insights into what employees are doing on their computers. That kind of awareness and visibility allows us to identify and prevent threats while also monitoring employee productivity and compliance.<br><br>The interface is user-friendly. Not just IT administrators but also non-technical users find it easy to use so that they get the most out of Teramind. It offers intuitive reports and deep analytics that facilitate informed decision-making and improvement in areas that pose hurdles.<br><br>Another useful feature is the ability to set custom policies and automated alerts. We can set up rules and triggers for our specific business needs and respond promptly to any suspicious and unauthorized activities.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The initial setup and configuration is a bit complicated and time-consuming. It was slightly troublesome to fine-tune the policies to align with our organization's unique requirements, even though it was a one-time process. The good part is that the support team is always ready to assist.

With the advent of remote working for many employees, we had to be able to install a system to monitor them and enhance efficiency. That need is solved by Teramind which allows us to identify and prevent threats while also monitoring employee productivity and compliance.<br><br>We are not sure about our data security scenario because data access and usage is monitored and we know sensitive information is secure and confidential.<br><br>We can track employee activities and first identify and later preempt bottlenecks and areas for improvement. With automated alerts, we can respond to non-compliant or risky behavior in a timely manner, adding to productivity.<br><br>Overall, Teramind has proven to be an essential tool for our business.

We are using Teramind to manage our remote workers, mostly engineers. It has helped us monitor, measure and manage productivity without making anyone worry about privacy and making the process transparent and fair.

The only feature that we did not have a smooth experience is the activity report generation across multiple months for a selected user.

We have engineers working remotely across time zones. Monitoring them, measuring their productivity and helping manage them is a challenge. Teramind has been a very useful tool for this and has saved us time, money and made the process transparent to users as well.

Teramind provides an eye on employees working. Day-to-day time tracking really helps to track all parameters precisely. It provides detailed information about resources used by employees through different websites. Data is provided in multiple formats.

Teramind is easy to use and helps to track specific details, working strategies, and resources used by employees. Teramind provides different types of data in the form of Dashboard, BI Report, monitoring, risk, and so on. It’s really hard to keep all details for a long time in records, but thanks to Teramind, we get the data of any previous date with the same recording quality, which really helps to maintain quality work.

Security and Productivity!

It is awesome!With a remote team like ours it is very difficult to manage a growing team especially when you have staff all over the world. With Teramind, we were able to maximize employee productivity. This is not only benefits our company but also benefits the employee. We are working efficiently and effectively. This solution captures everything and stops data leakages.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The revealed application is getting disconnected or says "reconnecting" when connection is poor.

**What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our productivity issue, some of our tasks were not met on time prior to Teramind. Now with Teramind, we have solved this issue and gave us a boost. We know what apps and websites they spend the most and most of all their idle time.

The power of monitoring everything, employees and computers separately and all types of monitoring and data capturing just like website history, app usage, keystrokes, printers, and much more.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The reveal application is very inconsistent and it keeps disconnecting or not connecting when attempting to log in, making it frustrating to employees at times, but this is only with the reveal agent application. UPDATE: The connectivity issues are still in place but they added an auto-in feature that allows agents to log in back right away, still there is a gap between the time it drops to the time it is back online.

Possible fraudulent activities by the agents like stealing client information, leakage, and CRM. Also, we keep recordings of pretty much everything with audition ready to download any time quick and easy.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

Ease of use, and how powerful it is, because with a fairly light agent, and with few resources you can monitor as much as you want in the company's computers, and thus also ensure that there is no data leakage, and visualize the productivity of employees.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The weak point is that they do not have Linux support (although it is true that it is supposed to be in RoadMap), so in that area we could not cover monitoring, and for MacOS it is somewhat more limited. It is more focused on Windows computers, which have all the potential you need.

**What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to block access to confidential files to people in a department that is not yours, or to be able to monitor the correct use of company tools. Also to be able to see the productivity of the users, to see in which sector it is necessary to make more focus in some tasks to improve the productivity, and close potential internal security breaches or prevent data exfiltration.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

I love the easy to use investigative reporting, emails for policy violations and live monitoring is a deal closer. The deployment takes literally seconds and is invisible to user. We have used it to mitigate risk and the data collected has resulted in multiple terminations/disciplinary actions.

The BI reporting is much more robust although the legacy was a little easier to navigate.

The dashboard is really easy to use and everything seems to work as expected. As someone who's worked with quite a few SaaS tools I can say it's incredibly refreshing to implement something without surprises.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

Geolocation reporting and rules to help better understand hybrid working would be great. My account rep mentioned it's in the process of rolling out now so looking forward to hearing more about that.

We have hybrid workers which introduces both security and productivity concerns. We have DLP and Activity rules for the security side of things. We chose not to get overly granular with the productivity reporting but visibility into total work time and use of time-wasting websites has been helpful.

Simple Interface, support and accuracy of the data points. Lot of features at given price its amazing. Further I feel its super secured as the support staff even do not have access to your data without your permission. Video view of the team is another great feature. You can even view live steaming of teams working.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

Payment gateway issue. In India there are issues with bill payment. It's not smooth working somehow. And too much of orange color in admin panel. From the features wise there is no complain.

Costing can be reduced a little bit. Here, small-scale businesses would not be able to use it prominently. Also, the SMS facility, if added, would be an advantage for the same.

Teramind provides great reporting and video playback for violations of rules and policies that make investigations quicker for me and my team. The video and OCR search function give us conclusive evidence.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

The DLP portion of Teramind is great!! It has allowed us to stop potential leaks of sensitive information. The Productivity reports show how your employees spend their time during work hours. This helps find those few who like to get paid and not do work.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The screen recordings are only 4 frames per second which can sometimes not capture certain details. Another dislike is sometimes the data won't load when looking at a report or employee. This is because we have a lot of data in our deployment and not using a private cloud. This issue will resolve once we go private cloud.

**What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem with employee productivity. Since our company is primarily remote, it has been hard to ensure that everyone continues to work and not just collect a paycheck. This application has allowed us to see who is productive and who is not. With its DLP function, this application has also allowed us to prevent potential insider threats.

I wish you could add people to multiple groups. There have also been issues with getting all the features to work out of the box, but the customer support team is able to fix those usually.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

Teramind is one of the few products we found that had a simple multiple-monitor viewing option. We use Teramind to perform Quality Assurance reviews and need to see all activity for coaching feedback. I also like the alerts related to profanity or pornography use.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The only thing that is a little cumbersome is the pricing as we've grown quite large.

Teramind is an excellent resource for remote employee management. It enables us to help with training, coaching and quality assurance.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

In my opinion, the function of recording ambient sound has been a game changer in investigations. The fraudster user often knows that he is being monitored and is careful not to leave traces of his fraud on the computer; however, while working, he makes arrangements with his associates over the phone.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The only part of Teramind that I think needs to be improved is the control of monitored and unmonitored users. There could be a better and simpler interface to control this action.

Having remote agent installation allows me to send and monitor users around the world. Which increases my productivity by reducing travel and time in transit.

Early on I would see certain programs on my computer having some issues but tech support was amazing and we got everything resolved.

**What do you like best about Teramind?**

Teramind allows us to monitor new and current employees and go back and review past activity from people that are no longer with our organization; this has proven invaluable at times.

**What do you dislike about Teramind?**

The most challenging thing we've found to be a problem is the reporting. HOWEVER, Teramind is moving forward with a completely different reporting structure that I believe will fix this issue for us in the future.

**What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teramind has allowed us to bring people on board and not have to worry about having someone sit and babysit the users to make sure they are not fooling around or doing things incorrectly; we can use the reporting to give us results, and go back and view the way the people work to make corrections.  EDIT:  Down below, you want a screenshot to prove we are currently a customer of Teramind.  I am getting a 502 Bad Gateway Error, so I refresh, and it loads the page with nothing except the ability to bring up the support chat window.  You can verify with Teramind that we're a customer; we've been using them for 5+ years.
