Tentare is management software built specifically for Pilates studios in Spain. It brings class booking, memberships and class packs, payments, invoicing, the team and daily operations into one web-based platform, plus the studio's own app for students and instructors. Students book, cancel and join automatic waitlists from the studio's app, keep fixed weekly spots, and check in with a permanent QR code. Payments go through Stripe (card and SEPA direct debit) straight to the studio, with no commission from Tentare, and invoices are legally numbered with optional Veri*Factu records. When an instructor can't make a class, Tentare finds, contacts and confirms a replacement and tells the students. It works for a single studio or several locations under one subscription. Integrations include Stripe, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Kisi and Zoom, migration from your current platform is included, and there is a 7-day free trial with no card required.

"Easy to use and perfect for managing a Pilates studio"

What do you like best about Tentare?

Above all, the ease of use. Everything is quite clear and having reservations, clients, payments, and calendar in the same place saves you a lot of time. I also like that it is specifically designed for Pilates, because many other tools feel too generic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tentare?

Perhaps what I like the least is that there are still some things that are in development and could be refined a bit more. But overall, it hasn't been a problem for me and the progress it's making is quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tentare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly, it is helping me to have everything more organized. Before, I had to use different tools to manage bookings, clients, payments, and the day-to-day operations of the studio. With Tentare, I have everything more centralized, and it's much easier to know what's happening in the business. What do you like best about Tentare?
