The beta version has none of the settings options the old version has, I can't adjust the volume of my calls or make the call full screen. customer support is a joke, and the app is full of glitches. I work on a 24 hour mental health care line and my app hasn't audibly rang in 2 weeks. Telzio has just continued to ask me ridiculous questions over email and in the meantime I can't take my eyes off my phone for my entire work shift. Had issues with incoming personal calls automatically putting my work calls on hold. For a year Telzio could only tell me they were aware of the problem and working on it.
