What do you like best about Telzio?

It does a good job supporting a large amount of callers most of the time . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Telzio?

The beta version has none of the settings options the old version has, I can't adjust the volume of my calls or make the call full screen. customer support is a joke, and the app is full of glitches. I work on a 24 hour mental health care line and my app hasn't audibly rang in 2 weeks. Telzio has just continued to ask me ridiculous questions over email and in the meantime I can't take my eyes off my phone for my entire work shift. Had issues with incoming personal calls automatically putting my work calls on hold. For a year Telzio could only tell me they were aware of the problem and working on it. What do you like best about Telzio?

Telzio is priced well and includes all of the features you may want or need. It's easy to use and setup and they have great customer support. We use it daily for a small therapy practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Telzio?

Telzio has made it possible for us to function during COVID-19 as a staff of one. We can triage 60 callers at once and get them to the resources that they need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Telzio?

It's got quirks. You can't use Safari, you must have the browser window large enough, or you won't be able to pick up the phone, and you can't multitask within the app while on the phone - you have to open another browser window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Telzio?

Get your own local number and connect globally and locally sitting out of your office. Supports all devices from my mobile to the laptop. Smooth and quick! I'm also using the T2S feature, and my god, it's naturally beautiful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
