**What do you like best about Telzio?**

It does a good job supporting a large amount of callers most of the time .

**What do you dislike about Telzio?**

The beta version has none of the settings options the old version has, I can't adjust the volume of my calls or make the call full screen. customer support is a joke, and the app is full of glitches. I work on a 24 hour mental health care line and my app hasn't audibly rang in 2 weeks. Telzio has just continued to ask me ridiculous questions over email and in the meantime I can't take my eyes off my phone for my entire work shift. Had issues with incoming personal calls automatically putting my work calls on hold. For a year Telzio could only tell me they were aware of the problem and working on it. No weekend customer support.

**What problems is Telzio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does allow us to receive calls without us sharing our private information.

**What do you like best about Telzio?**

Telzio is priced well and includes all of the features you may want or need. It's easy to use and setup and they have great customer support. We use it daily for a small therapy practice.

**What do you dislike about Telzio?**

After a year, the only critique is it would be helpful to have packaged rather than per usage pricing.

**What problems is Telzio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telzio covers a phone and texting solution for a medical practice. They provide a BAA and features in compliance with HIPAA. Additionally, it's easy to configure, is not priced per user, and most importantly, allows the administrator(s) to assign conversations to users by phone number.

**What do you like best about Telzio?**

As a simple dialer, its great not alot mess up there! My company started using Telzio as a salestool for us to use . The layout is real simple to use and interact with.

**What do you dislike about Telzio?**

Not alot For me I didn't deal with any recent issues using the dool.

**What problems is Telzio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was solving the issue of being remote and needing to use a company issued dialer.

**What do you like best about Telzio?**

Telzio has made it possible for us to function during COVID-19 as a staff of one. We can triage 60 callers at once and get them to the resources that they need!

**What do you dislike about Telzio?**

It's got quirks. You can't use Safari, you must have the browser window large enough, or you won't be able to pick up the phone, and you can't multitask within the app while on the phone - you have to open another browser window.

**What problems is Telzio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can triage 60 callers at once, even with a staff of one, and get them to the competent volunteer who can provide the help they need. It's like having another staff (or a few).

**What do you like best about Telzio?**

Get your own local number and connect globally and locally sitting out of your office. Supports all devices from my mobile to the laptop. Smooth and quick! I'm also using the T2S feature, and my god, it's naturally beautiful!

**What do you dislike about Telzio?**

I've not found anything to dislike yet, I've always been comfortable using Telzio! :D

**Recommendations to others considering Telzio:**

Quick, almost cheap, amazing UI! 

**What problems is Telzio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I deal with clients in the US, and connecting them through domestic providers has created a hole in my pocket. With Telzio and getting a local number, it's become much cheaper and quicker to connect with them! :D
