What do you dislike about Telnyx IoT?

I ordered 3 SIMs to try their service out 3 weeks ago. I just received the package from them. It had one SIM packaging included with NO SIM. Now I'm trying to get them to re-mail SIMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
