I have only ever had minor issues when using the Telnyx platform, and any issues I've ever had have been resolved quickly by reashing out to support. I use SIP Trunking, messaging and IOT services and they've all been extremely simple to integrate with my platform. Implementation with my own internal tools was a snap and I use it everyday. I needed a local number with quick setup and I was live in minutes. When I had a question the team on chat gave me the right answer first time. I I use the service a lot for my business . We use Telnyx for our voice agents. Their infrastructure has been rock solid, and they've integrated nicely with LiveKit and other vendors. HD voice is an awesome feature, and being able to do things like buy phone numbers programmatically has helped us scale. Best though is their customer support - even when we were a tiny and new customer, they were incredibly responsive and effective. As we've scaled, their support has remained excellent.
