**What do you like best about TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite?**

I love the fact that tele tracking is personal to whatever you need it to be. Personally in a hospital setting it is great for seeing what beds have been used or not. 

**What do you dislike about TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite?**

I personally dislike the alert system on teletracking. I think that it could be better and more personalized. 

**Recommendations to others considering TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite:**

I think making the alert system more usable would be nice. 

**What problems is TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teletracking has made my work so much easier. At the same time it has solved a lot of the issues that we have with overbooking beds and such.

**What do you like best about TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite?**

I manage a patient transport department and teletracking allows me to easily pull data on the productivity of my employees.  It also allows me to easily see when we are having periods of time when we are incredibly busy.  It is also awesome that it prioritizes patients based on how long they've been waiting.

**What do you dislike about TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite?**

Sometimes it can freeze and kick people out of the system.

**What problems is TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More efficient transport of patients to tests.
