I mainly use Teleleo to bring back old customers, and the autodialer has made reaching them much easier. I love that I can use my SIM remotely and stay on my regular number when I'm abroad without roaming fees. The combination of calls and SMS is great; the SMS campaigns support the calls and improve conversation, with features like SMS follow-up that automatically sends a message if someone doesn't pick up. This feature has led to more people calling back, and altogether, the integration of autodialer and SMS saves a lot of time and boosts conversion rates. I'm totally satisfied with this product. In my personal experience, at the beginning of onboarding with Teleleo, I experienced a number of connectivity issues. When I'd be on phone calls with my clients, the connection would drop a little bit. The phone communications would drop a little bit. However, this was very quickly resolved by the support team, who acted very quickly and promptly to fix it. So besides the connectivity issues at the beginning of my experience, that's the main negative thing that I would say. Everything else is pretty smooth sailing.
